Impossible hair! How can I create natural, gorgeous waves???

I have thin and fine hair, that naturally has the slightest wave.

It seems like I have tried everything, but nothing works!

My hair either ends up absolutely wild, in a fro, or flat and gross. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!! =D

Get a "smooth" rolled perm it will brush out very smooth and pretty

Using a one-time hair curler. It makes your hair look more natrual than those forever-perms. After you've done curling it, use a this gloss shine by Pantene. It'll make it look more healthy and natrual :]

try french braiding it when its wet...and put a little moose and let it out the next morning.

wash it then braid it not too tight then take it out in the morning and finger comb it out...do not brush it out !
