your best bet is to bleach your hair out so there is no color at all, then choose a blonde and add that color to your hair, this way you will most likely get exactly whats on the box. Not some funky orange shyt that looks gold. (not pretty )

as for your brows - yeah i would dye them too, check a hair store/beauty supply store for brow dyeing kit dont use what you use in your hair.

if you have dyed your hair you can probally do it at home but since you are talking about bleaching and adding clor back in you may want to get it proffessional so there are no mistakes and your hair doesnt get over processed. -

I would say be happy with what you have and do nothing. You will have to keep doing it all the time to keep your roots from showing and it will just be a hassle. You should be happy with the color you were born with and not try to have something that isn't you. Just be naturally you. I'm sure there are people that would love to have your hair color. Everyone always wants what they don't have. If you learn to love yourself for what you have or are, you will be much happier.

If you can, go to a salon. Some hairstylists won't even do bleaching because they are scared of messing it up. It is REALLY easy to break your hair off when bleaching.

The bleach they sell in salons is not very complex and is not able to bleach in the same way that the products used in salons can.

Since your hair is dark, if you do your hair at home, you are going to have to be happy having it orange for a couple days because you will have to bleach it more than once.

Bleach begins to neutralise in air, so the weak stuff they sell in the stores can only bleach so much.

IF you do decide to bleach your hair at home:

-buy bleach! not color

-buy a deep conditioner (or better, do the joico hair care system

-be very careful and make sure you do not leave it on too long (follow the instructions)

-don't miss any spots, you don't want to have stripes.

This would be better left to a professional, I have had lots of clients who try to do it themselves at home and they end up paying more for corrective color services. I would do highlights instead of all over blonde, and never NEVER apply color toyour eyebrows!! It can cause blindness if you get it in the eyes. I have darken clients eyebrows with a professional eyebrow dye kit but have never lightened them. If you just highlight and dont do all over blonde, your eyebrow color will be fine, and your hair will not be damaged. Also you wont have ugly roots in a few weeks.

definately get ur hair done by a professional! bleach is toxic stuff, and it can be leathal in the wrong hands. and yes but have ur eyesborwns done professionally also because it could turn out wrong!! i had the same problem as u 2 years ago and i bleachd my hair.. it makes it in poor condition for a little while, but it soon sorts its self out with a little tlc u get it healthy again! go 2 ur hairdresser and tell them exactly wat u want and they should be able to do it for u!! good luck!
