Can you tell me how to make an all natural face and/or hair product?

I have heard about being able to use honey and oatmeal, in addition to other products, to make homemade beauty solutions. Any ideas?

Oatmeal is primarily a mild abrasive, for exfoliation.

Or even trying a Whole Food store....All there products are fresh and some even are Fresh made ....

I dont know, but I do know to NOT use regular soap. Its will dry out your face and hair!
