I have very oily hair. Is there any natural/herbal/homeopatic remedy to decrease oiliness?

tea tree oil shampoo works well, and try brushing through a little talcum powder in between washes to absorb excess oil. Hope this helps :)

I have very oily hair. Is there any natural/herbal/homeopatic remedy to decrease oiliness?

Wet your hair better and massage your shampoo in thoroughly. Ive dealt with this myself. I wasnt washing good enough. If you have a lot of long hair, you might need to shampoo twice.

I think lemon does the trick, but im not sure :/

Just juice it into 1L of water and rub... or smtn...

You need to wash it everyday with a MILD shampoo, and condition the ends only.

If you over clean it (shampoo more than once, or with a harsh soap) this adds to the oilyness as your scalp makes more oil!

To decrease oiliness you can rinse your hair with beer once a week (after shampooing, apply beer leave wet for 30 minutes and then rinse it out with water + then condition)

If you are blonde or light coloured use lemon in the rinse water and if you are brunette or dark coloured use vinegar in the rinse water. Both are natural degreasers. Don't use any conditioner on the root end of your hair/scalp, only the very tips of your hair so that they don't dry out. Regular brushing every night with at least 100 strokes using a natural bristle brush is also very good. If your hair is long, keep it up as much as possible and don't run your hands through it unnecessarily as the natural oil in your fingers will make it greasier. Good luck!

Shampoo your hair daily and never put any oil.

Do you dye your hair or wear it natural?

I dyed it, then I dyed it back the natural color.

Do you dye your hair or wear it natural?

I dye it a little "brighter" to enhance my natural ashy color.

Do you dye your hair or wear it natural?

i dyed it strawberry blonde the other day. my natural color is a white-blonde

Do you dye your hair or wear it natural?

I used to dye mine all the time. Ususally a different color each time. But for almost a year now I haven't dyed it at all. I always felt that I needed the change but now I notice how much I really do like my natural hair color.

Do you dye your hair or wear it natural?

I used to dye my hair but after I carried my son then I stopped and since then I wear it natural.

Recently, there is study saying that hair color may lead to cancer. So it is better not to color the hair too often.

Do you dye your hair or wear it natural?

natural is good for some people, while others like to dye their hair. I never have dyed my hair and I have a few strand of grey hair. People compliment me all the time. My mother always dyes her hair because she hates grey hair. it is a personal choice.

Do you dye your hair or wear it natural?

I have high lights and low lights, I would give anything to have my natural hair color back. It takes so long to grow dyed hair out.

Do you dye your hair or wear it natural?

I dye my hair red. I love it, it makes me feel sassy. My natural color is a kind of bland brownish-blond color, so red is much better.

Do you dye your hair or wear it natural?

highights :)

Do you dye your hair or wear it natural?

Do you dye your hair or wear it natural?

The grays are starting to come in so I dye it on a regular basis. I'm trying to deny and defy the fact that I'm getting old.

Is Panthenol good for African american hair types permed or natural?

Panthenol use in shampoo and conditioners is supposed to help lock in moisture. There is nothing wrong with it being in hair products.

Should I dye my hair back to my natural color(med. brown) or keep highlighting it?

your hair looks lovely the way it is

Should I dye my hair back to my natural color(med. brown) or keep highlighting it?

love highlights

Should I dye my hair back to my natural color(med. brown) or keep highlighting it?

keep the highlights for the summer, beachy hair always better in summer, then dye it for fall and winter

Should I dye my hair back to my natural color(med. brown) or keep highlighting it?

keep original

I'd prefer you post nudes...so we could see if the carpet matches the drapes

Should I dye my hair back to my natural color(med. brown) or keep highlighting it?

dont do anything to it

Should I dye my hair back to my natural color(med. brown) or keep highlighting it?

I wouldn't dye it back, if you only have highlights you can let it grow out and it will still look great as well as if you kept highlighting it. I love highlights.

Should I dye my hair back to my natural color(med. brown) or keep highlighting it?

i love high lites and all but every time you lighten your hair you are messing it up...and every time you darken it you are fixing it! you should think about how many times you have high lited it before and then decide.....will this hurt my hair or help it?? then do wat u think is best...but one time i kept highliting my hair and it all fried off....well most of it and i had really long hair...that happened when i was 14 and im 16 now! so be careful

Should I dye my hair back to my natural color(med. brown) or keep highlighting it?

Can you just let it grow naturally without all the chemical dyes? Highlites are pretty, but can get tacky looking if you don't keep up with it...you're pretty enough to just 'go natural'...

Should I dye my hair back to my natural color(med. brown) or keep highlighting it?

do whatever you feel like. it's your hair.

Should I dye my hair back to my natural color(med. brown) or keep highlighting it?

hey simple and natural is the right thing for honest person, but the real thing after caring for your self caring for the rest of people around you.just look at the news if they really cover the facts of Israelis killing in the Lebanon , %26amp;palestins then you would forget about you self.

What is the best way to darken hair using only organic/natural materials?

There is no way to darken without coloring, although it can be done professionally, with a non ammonia color that would not cause any damage at all.

What is the best way to darken hair using only organic/natural materials?

mud.

What is the best way to darken hair using only organic/natural materials?

Your hair is dead anyway... organic/natural is not going to help anything.

What is the best way to darken hair using only organic/natural materials?

Henna is used for coloring, thickening, and to add a protective natural shine. It's derived from only natural plant matter. But here's a problem, it coats your hair and any other chemical processes will not work such as perms, highlights...You could probably get this "Henna" product from beauty supply stores or perhaps from natural food stores in your area. As a matter of fact, you can probably order it online!

I want to die my hair copper and my natural color witch one should go on top?

Depends what your natural colour is. For lighter hair colours, I would suggest dying the bottom/tips. For darker colours, I suggest dying the top, and leaving the tips the original colour. Both of these should create a more dramatic effect.

I want to die my hair copper and my natural color witch one should go on top?

copper's a great colour! good choice!

let's see.. it really depends on what colour your hair is. if copper is the lighter colour, then dye the tips copper. if you natural hair colour is the lighter colour, then dye the top.

this fading effect is really nice, especially when it's done properly.

good luck!

Take vitamin B complex, really helps promote hair growth!!!!!!

I decided to wear my hair in it's natural state and i have been without a relaxer in my hair for six months!

i did the natural thing for a while. How i did it was do an Egg and mayo treatment once a week. use only the egg yolks and mix it with a cup of mayo. Put it in your head, put a plastic bag on your hair and get under the hair drier for 30 min. then shampoo out. Its a DEEP conditioner.

I decided to wear my hair in it's natural state and i have been without a relaxer in my hair for six months!

To keep it healthy and shiny try this:

Get an old body spray bottle with a little bit still left in it. Add to the bottle filling it 1/2 way with baby oil and 1/2 way with water. Shake it all up really good and spritz it over your hair before you try it or fix it up. It'll keep your hair silky smooth and the mixture will last you a while. Just be sure to shake it up really well before each use. The body splash left in the bottle will give it a light scent too.

I decided to wear my hair in it's natural state and i have been without a relaxer in my hair for six months!

Take a supplement called "Biotin", it is for hair and nails. It makes hair very healthy and shiny.

I decided to wear my hair in it's natural state and i have been without a relaxer in my hair for six months!

doo gro, garnier fructis, sulake, or anti-breakage, u can oil ur hair with olive- oil

I decided to wear my hair in it's natural state and i have been without a relaxer in my hair for six months!

okay.when you get a perm, always keep it up and get a perm like every month.if you get a perm, and you dont keep it up,then your hair will go bad,and your edges will knot up.trust me,i've seen people like that who went 6months or more w/o perm.this is what i do,i always get a perm every month.i always wrap my hair up at night.you should always do those things if you want healthier hair.my hair was kind of short, but now that i always keep my hair up by getting a perm, and wrapping it up at night,it is really growing fast.i use DOO GRO hair grease.its for strong, healthier hair, and it makes it grow thicker and longer.hope you find something for your hair

I decided to wear my hair in it's natural state and i have been without a relaxer in my hair for six months!

Eat healthy foods, make it clean. And as for grow faster... better not force it.

BOYS! do u like dyed hair if it looks natural??

if it looks natural then how would they know it is dyed....

BOYS! do u like dyed hair if it looks natural??

just keep ur natural hair color...

BOYS! do u like dyed hair if it looks natural??

Sure, as long as you put out.

BOYS! do u like dyed hair if it looks natural??

If it looks natural, how could we possibly know?!

BOYS! do u like dyed hair if it looks natural??

Hair dying has become an epidemic, and a plague.

BOYS! do u like dyed hair if it looks natural??

Natural look always beats dyed hair and make up, but we know that girls like this stuff so they will do it no matter what we say, just make sure you get the right colour, like keep the same sort of colour you naturally have but highlight it or darken it don't totally change the colour as it looks like a wig

BOYS! do u like dyed hair if it looks natural??

Yes I do, but sometimes I like dyed hair that looks totally unnatural. Like a bright red. My girlfriend uses Manic Panic

BOYS! do u like dyed hair if it looks natural??

Dyed hair is fine as long as you like it and wear it well.

BOYS! do u like dyed hair if it looks natural??

If it looks natural then how could u know if its dyed. Natural hair is better cuz after you dye your hair often and for yrs it gets all dry and hard and for some their hair looks all fake and starts falling. Thats what women that are older and have dyed their hair always tell me. Oh and I agree with AndreaD 2 too.

As I have aged, my hair has lost its natural shininess?

I bought some shine serum, but not sure when to apply it during grooming process. Before blow drying, after...when?Any other related tips would be appreciated! Thanks

As I have aged, my hair has lost its natural shininess?

It depends on what kind you have, but usually most shine serums are applied after blowdrying. It also helps if you use the cold button on your hair for a few seconds after applying the serum. Also, taking a B vitamin and amino acid supplement helps with hair and nail strength and shininess.

As I have aged, my hair has lost its natural shininess?

Hey Lynn!

Dull and dreary hair takes away half the beauty of the face. Healthy, glossy, manageable hair that reflects light and falls around the face beautifully, is the dream of every woman that is not so difficult to attain after all. Here are a few tips to make your hair shine:

Bring instant shine to your hair by lightly beating two eggs in milk and massaging them in your hair thoroughly. Rinse after five minutes.

A little vodka in your shampoo, if used occasionally, can make your thick hair shine instantly.

Yet another way to make your hair shine for blondes is to add two tablespoons of lemon juice in your rinse water after shampooing, while brunettes and redheads can add apple cider vinegar to their rinse water.

Everybody can get a vibrant hair color by wisely using his or her garden products! Brunettes can use handful of fresh rosemary sprigs, blondes can use dried chamomile, orange-tone redheads can use chopped up carrot while berry-tone redheads can use chopped up beet. Boil one quart of water. Tie the suitable ingredient according to your hair color in a piece of doubled cheesecloth and toss it into the boiling water. Remove them from heat and let the water soak the color for about 10 minutes. Then, remove the cheesecloth bag. Shampoo and rinse your hair thoroughly. Pour the color enhancer you have prepared over your hair, while it is warm. Be sure it is not hot. Rinse it finally with a quart of cold water. Do this once a month for that lustrous hair posed by models.

Honey is good for skin and hair. Take 4 cups of warm water and stir 1 teaspoon of honey in it. Pour it into your hair after shampooing and let the hair dry as normal. You don't need to rinse it.

Over-processed hair lose their shine too so be careful nor to overuse all those chemical hair products in the market. Silicone products add shine to hair momentarily but are difficult to wash out causing a buildup that make your hair dull. Vinegar rinse should be used sparingly too or it may dry out your hair.

Cold water rinsing makes your hair look shinier as it closes and smoothens the hair cuticle. To further enhance the shine, you can use a finishing cr鐚玬e during and after blow-drying your hair.

Adding shine to gray hair and keeping them from getting that yellow tint can be difficult. However a professional gloss treatment at the salon seals the cuticle and makes the hair look shinier than ever. It lasts for five weeks.

~Good Luck!~

As I have aged, my hair has lost its natural shininess?

Read the directions, it varies. My friend used to take a can of beer and open it and let it get stale and then she would wash her hair with it. Also she used mayo. I have heard of a placenta hair treatment that also helps. Rinse with cold water after you wash it and also after you blow dry it to go over it with the cold setting on the blow dryer.

oils are good for your scalp skin but it wont do any good for you hair loss problem, first of u have to see what is causing the hair loss? is it a fungus infection or because of some nutritional deficiency, so i suggest you go to a dermatologist to get the exact treatment that u actually need, some people have it in there gene, in women if they are a carrier of such gene then using any male hormones for any diease can cause bladness, activating the gene code in women, so the end sentence would be

I always have split ends even just after having my hair cut, is there a natural recipe?

i wash my hair daily (with and without shampoo)

I always have split ends even just after having my hair cut, is there a natural recipe?

Use a drop of 100% jojoba oil as a leave in conditioner. It's non-comedogenic %26amp; washes out easily.

Links to hair mask recipes:http://www.care2.com/greenliving/avocado...

http://www.dolenutrition.com/spa_recipes...

Other tips:

Do not brush your hair while it is wet. Hair is the most prone to stretching and breaking while it is wet.

After you shampoo, apply conditioner %26amp; then gently comb out your hair with a wide tooth comb before your rinse out the conditioner. Run water through your hair gently - don't swirl it %26amp; twist it. Then gently gather sections to squeeze out the water.

Use a super absorbent microfiber towel to press the remaining moisture in your hair after you get out of the shower. Spray on a leave in conditioner %26amp; comb out your hair again w/ a wide tooth comb if necessary. Start at the bottom %26amp; work your way upwards to remove any tangles.

The microfiber towel is more absorbent than a conventional terry cloth towel so it will help your hair air dry faster. It will also reduce the time needed to blow dry your hair.

Only brush your hair while it is dry %26amp; use brushes w/ smooth tipped bristles that are widely spaced to avoid tearing your hair.

Use good quality hair pins %26amp; smooth elastics so your hair doesn't get snagged or torn.

I always have split ends even just after having my hair cut, is there a natural recipe?

1. use a silk pillowcase in bed.

2. get frequent haircuts

3. dont dye

4. use redken shampoo

5. hot oil treatments weekly.

6. thank me (j/K)

I always have split ends even just after having my hair cut, is there a natural recipe?

split ends cause split ends so if ALL of them are not cut off then you'll end up with more.

if you have a brush with balls on the ends and even one ball has fallen off - you need a new brush. the tine where the ball has fallen off will cause split ends, too. and split ends cause split ends so you are fighting a loosing battle if you don't change your brush. - get a denman brand. they are awesome and last (litterally) a lifetime (i have and use my grandmothers old brush - 50 year old brush and it's my favorite).

another tip:

towel dry before you condition. you'll need 1/2 the conditioner and it will work twice as well, too.

i hear a lot of natural girls use gel like Herbal Essences Curl gel or pomade to define your curls. I don't know if there is a way to get natural hair straight without using heat though..

I am a natural red head who dyed her hair blond...HELP!?

How exactly do you get the dried out feeling to go away, Are there some super conditioners that would work to get the soft feeling back into my hair? I just coloured it yesterday...

I am a natural red head who dyed her hair blond...HELP!?

i use 3 min miracle by Aussie, immediately after coloring, and once a week there after, and Aussie moist every time. i change my hair color a lot and have been doing it for 30 years. my hair is soft.

I am a natural red head who dyed her hair blond...HELP!?

Infusium Conditioner for coloured hair. There's one you use in the shower and them another you spray in and leave.

also, don't use a hair dryer, curling iron, etc for a couple of days

I am a natural red head who dyed her hair blond...HELP!?

Go to a hairsylist .. they can tell you what to do and help more than someone answering a question can silly.

I am a natural red head who dyed her hair blond...HELP!?

Dove moisturizing conditioner is pretty good.

I am a natural red head who dyed her hair blond...HELP!?

i would reccomend vo5 hot oil treatment it will put that soft silky feeling back into your hair

I am a natural red head who dyed her hair blond...HELP!?

Head and Shoulders!

I am a natural red head who dyed her hair blond...HELP!?

Believe it or not.good old cheap mayo. Wet your hair apply enough to cover your hair, wrap your hair in plastic wrap, wait 1 hour. In the sun or heat is even better. Do this once a week, you will see a difference with high costs of expensive conditioners. Also, get your ends trimmed.

I am a natural red head who dyed her hair blond...HELP!?

As a hairstylist,I recommend Caviar by ALTERNIA.I have seen some wonderful results with that. If you are very dry,put it in before you go to bed at night and then wash it out in the morning. Deep Shine conditioner and shampoo by Rusk are also good. Also,if you can avoid blow drying while you are reconditioning, that will also help.Good luck!

I am a natural red head who dyed her hair blond...HELP!?

cholesterol from the ethnic hair section it workes great on dry hair. Put a hot towel on top for 30 mintues then rinse

I am a natural red head who dyed her hair blond...HELP!?

Some conditioners (with protien) if over used will dry our your hair more, so be careful. I agree with the mayo, hot (but not too hot or you will burn your hair too) oil treatment, or slightly warmed olive oil. After application put shower cap on and let it sit.

I am a natural red head who dyed her hair blond...HELP!?

The best conditioner I've ever used is Aussie three minute miracle. I have that problem near the tips of my hair so I just use it there and it works beautifully.

I am a natural red head who dyed her hair blond...HELP!?

oh babe, why on greenhell would you die your hair from red to anything? ive used the little conditioners that come with the hair dye to good effect.

Well, I use a blow dryer and then a ceramic flat iron. You wash your hair, condition it, towel-dry it (don't rub it really hard or you'll get frizzies), then put in heat protection stuff. And then you can start blow drying right away, or you can wait a little while. I choose to wait a while, because I can get ready with other things then, and hair doesn't really straighten until it's like... less dry than wet, anyways. But yeah. You need a round brush with bristles, and then you hold the brush underneath your hair at first (but make sure you're pulling it away from your scalp; the tension is what makes it straight), and then afterwards you can fix the ends, because sometimes they'll flip in because they'll be round from the brush. When you're done with that, you use a flat iron to straighten it more if you want. And then you put in anti-frizz stuff, and then some shine stuff, and then if you want you can like, hairspray it or something I guess so it holds its shape or something.

I want to dye my hair back brown, my natural color, but it's blonde right now.?

Soo I'm wondering if it will turn orange or bronze or if that only happens when going from dark to light?

I want to dye my hair back brown, my natural color, but it's blonde right now.?

Depends on your hair color,really.....you can dye it dark brown. It worked for my mom. I have dark brown mixed with black hair.

I want to dye my hair back brown, my natural color, but it's blonde right now.?

No, I did that. I had a really bad bleach job, so I decided to dye it back brown. But it wont turn orange.

I want to dye my hair back brown, my natural color, but it's blonde right now.?

If your hair is blond now and you want to go back brown DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT use any color with a green base (like ash brown) or you will end up with a army-green/brownish color hair. I have three generations of cosmotologists in my family and you don't know how many people I've seen come in their shop to get a home-dye-job corrected.

I want to dye my hair back brown, my natural color, but it's blonde right now.?

dye it twice.

when you first dye blond hair brown, at first it will look dark, but then it'll fade to a green tintish because of the base color of the blonde.

dye it again in two weeks to a month, and you'll have your color back :D

I want to dye my hair back brown, my natural color, but it's blonde right now.?

It's called Color Oops, or something like that...I have never used it my self, but i have seen ads. Just look it up on the computer. It is SUPOSSED to turn your hair color back, but like I said I have never used it and dont know how much it costs.

I want to dye my hair back brown, my natural color, but it's blonde right now.?

My daughter did this and the way we did it was go to a salon(Wal Mart) and get LOW lights put in . It will look more natural and the color at a salon is stronger than the color over the counter and the blonde won't turn it weird colors. Before we tried at home and missed a few days of school due to "hair emergencies". Good luck.

I want to dye my hair back brown, my natural color, but it's blonde right now.?

i did the same thing my hair was bleach blonde and my natural hair color is brown. you have to dye it red first then brown. after that it fades but i dyed it again after like 3 weeks and i love it i will never go back blonde haha

I am a natural blonde but i dye my hair brown....how do you suggest i go back to blonde?

should i wait and grow it out....i dont really want to dye blonde and then have it grow out becuase it will be very hard to match my natural shade...what do you suggest i do

I am a natural blonde but i dye my hair brown....how do you suggest i go back to blonde?

if you want to wait that long to grow it out...do it ..

But the first thing that came to mind was dye it back to blonde. It doesn't matter if its a little off, because blondes look great anyways, you could get highlights and everything to make it look better. Then when it grows out a litle more, you can match it even better. there are tons of colors out there

I am a natural blonde but i dye my hair brown....how do you suggest i go back to blonde?

Try getting highlights in the brown hair. Then when it starts to grow out it will look like brown highlights.

I am a natural blonde but i dye my hair brown....how do you suggest i go back to blonde?

take pics of you when you were blonde %26amp;%26amp; take it to the hair place get it as alose as possible the grow it out!

I am a natural blonde but i dye my hair brown....how do you suggest i go back to blonde?

My step daughter did this.....and she has never been her natural color since. the best you can do .... is to begin highlighting it.....but remember color will not remove color...and you will have to go to a professional.....and you have to tell them that you have color on it, this lets them know what they need to do. I would actually use kaledicolors..neutral, and see if it would lift any at all. this would give you natural looking highlights, but it would be best to do a test strand to see if the kaledi colors will do anything.....I have done it b4 and it does ..... but not knowing how dark brown nor what brand you used.....I do not know if the kaledicolors will work or not.

I am a natural blonde but i dye my hair brown....how do you suggest i go back to blonde?

I go back and forth with my hair from brown to blond all the time. It shouldn't be hard to match your natural shade, there are a lot of shades out there, one should be really close to your natural one.

I have very dark brown hair, with copper-burgandy natural highlights, that only show up in the right

Its a little longer than shoulder length,

(about 2 inches)

Should I get bangs or a fringe?

Highlights or a totally new color?

I don't want any off the bottom. NOT EVEN A TRIM. NOTHING

I'm 12 and BORED.

I have very dark brown hair, with copper-burgandy natural highlights, that only show up in the right lighting?

well, if your 12 you should'nt be dying your hair.

so i would get bangs, side bangs are totally in and cute!

I have very dark brown hair, with copper-burgandy natural highlights, that only show up in the right lighting?

dont change the color of your hair, dyes and bleaches that are used to color your hair are very damaging for your hair, that could lead to problems with your hair as you get older

you dont have to cut the length of your hair if you dont want to

a fringe cut would look nice, but it would be best if you had the bangs and sides both done with a fringe cut, to frame your face

I have very dark brown hair, with copper-burgandy natural highlights, that only show up in the right lighting?

get bangs, and get some honey blonde highlights. that would be cute and im thinking about doing the same thing to my hair.

What are some natural ways I can grow my hair out?

my hair has kind of stopped growing, anything to help it grow out faster?

What are some natural ways I can grow my hair out?

Cutting will not make your hair grow faster. Hair grows between 1/2 in to 3/4 of an inch a month on average. It only grows to a certain length on some people. If it stops growing that might be it for your length. Take vitamins, eat a proper diet, don't over wash with 'bad' shampoo. Massage your scalp with your fingers once in a while. And keep it from to many products so your scalp can 'breath'.

What are some natural ways I can grow my hair out?

get a short amount of length cut

What are some natural ways I can grow my hair out?

massage your scalp everyday for circulation, drink lots of water, take your vitamins, and eat protein. YOu really need to change your diet. also trim your hair every 6 weeks.

What are some natural ways I can grow my hair out?

Wash it less often. Dont use shampoo for Oily hair or danduff

Dont perm, color or straighten. Use conditioner (I recommend

3 minute miracle http://www.aussie.com/products/shell.asp...

What are some natural ways I can grow my hair out?

Get your hair trimmed ever 2 weeks. If you have dead-end there's no way that it can grow out right and look good. Try going to a Health food store and get some vitamins.

What are some natural ways I can grow my hair out?

trim your hair once in a month and also shampoo your hair that will fit your hair type. do not forget to condition your hair everyday. the natural way to get a beautiful hair, apply coconut oil.

What are some natural ways I can grow my hair out?

If you want to grow your hair you still should do regular hair cuts eg every 8 weeks. hope that helps

What are some good and natural ways to get really shiny hair?

I have long hair that when loosened, reaches my chest, I would like to know some good methods to make hair really shiny and glossy. Shampoo wise, please give some good recommendations and methods to improve shine. It would be great if any one know of any home made herbal treatment and species of plants or other stuff that makes hair shiny. Massages? Is so what type and method, the best will get 10 points for overall informative answer.

Again, thanks for responding and your time.

What are some good and natural ways to get really shiny hair?

To give your hair a great shine and help remove soap build up:

Slightly diluted vinegar is fantastic for shine. The easiest way to apply vinegar is in a spray bottle before shower. Then rinse out thoroughly.

Add a couple of tablespoons of lemon juice to your rinse water.

Applying the milk to your hair and then rinsing with cool water. Next, rub an ice cube along the length of your strands, then comb.

Add a couple of tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to your rinse water.

Mash up an avocado with a tablespoon of olive oil and a tsp of baking powder. Mix until well combined and then work the mixture through your hair and then wash out.

Ingrdients: 2 cups distilled water, 1/3 cup chopped fresh rosemary leaves - In small saucepan combine ingredients and bring to boil. Continue to boil 5 minutes. Let cool, then pour into spray bottle. Keep refrigerated and mist on hair to add shine, tone scalp, or invigorate skin.

Mayonnaise is a great conditioner for dry hair. Depending on the length of your hair, apply approximately 1/2 cup of mayonnaise to your dry hair. Work into hair really well and then cover your hair with a plastic bag, allowing to set for about 15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and then shampoo as usual.

Pantene Pro-V Restoratives Time Renewal Shampoo and Conditioner work wonders. Both are available at drugstores.

But for more instant gratification, dab or spray a shine-enhancing styling product like Bumble and Bumble BB Shine (best for fine hair; available at www.bumbleandbumble.com) or Neutrogena Triple Moisture Smooth Shine Anti-Frizz Cream (best for thick, coarse hair; available at drugstores) on dry hair. It makes it look spectacular.

Hope this helped - there's a ton of information out there! Best of luck!

What are some good and natural ways to get really shiny hair?

pantene works great for me, and i have long thick hair

What are some good and natural ways to get really shiny hair?

wash it

What are some good and natural ways to get really shiny hair?

Piss on it.

What are some good and natural ways to get really shiny hair?

Just look for things on TV they have this one shampoo that is ice shine or just look for stuff in the store.

What are some good and natural ways to get really shiny hair?

use a shampoo and conditioner with high moisturizer volume. You can also do mayonnaise treatments, or olive oil treatments. And then the rest is just taking good care of your hair. Keep it clean and brushed and be kind!

What are some good and natural ways to get really shiny hair?

mayonnaise as a hair mask applied 4 15 mins and wrapped with cling film works well..

What are some good and natural ways to get really shiny hair?

Baby oil is great! You can mix it into your shampoo or just spread some along your hair (but not too much) when its damp.

What are some good and natural ways to get really shiny hair?

wash it

What are some good and natural ways to get really shiny hair?

The Aussie brand shampoo %26amp; conditionaer will make your hair REALLY shiny and very soft =) good luck

What are some good and natural ways to get really shiny hair?

Without using any product, you can try this for shiny-er hair.

When you're in the shower, turn the water as cold as is comfortable for you. This causes hair folicles to contract and will add natual shine to your hair. If you blow-dry, there should be a button for cold air on your dryer. A 30 shot of cold air all over after blow drying helps too. Another method which takes a little time is one weekend a month, mix 1 part white vinegar and 3 parts water (Enough to cover your hair) and refrigerate it for about an hour, and rinse your hair with it. Make sure you wash well to get rid of the vinegar smell! But within a few weeks you'll notice shiny-er hair. Good luck!

What are some good and natural ways to get really shiny hair?

This might sound crazy, but after you use a moisturizing shampoo, rinse your hair in beer! Beer is full of protein and makes your hair super sleek and shiny. Follow up with a moisturizing conditioner.

What are some good and natural ways to get really shiny hair?

try different shampoooos for your hair type dont use the same brand every time you shampo

* get a shampo for your type hair * 1shampo wash hair in warm wart er

rinse good

2apply conditioner on on damage ends note to much conditioner can give a build up and dull your hair

3 rinse hair in cold wart er this will make your hair shine.

4tip rinse with cold wart er and vinegar mix

Olive oil treatments are healthy for hair try this 1once a month

yes it is natural. I suggest a hair removal or even shaving, and don't worry it will not grow back thicker or more corse. It hall depends on the womans genes.

Also how often to use this? I also drink apple cider vinegar and use a rinse, take biotin, eat healthy, and use natural biotin shampoo. and scalp massage when i can with olive oil.

Yes ,you can even try to stop hair loss using many cheap and effective home remedies. Egg white, lemon juice, oil massage are other home remedies at http://hairthinning.org/ will prevent further problems.

Will using natural Aloe Vera gel on my hair make it thick and healthy and not fall out?

It will benefit your hair as will the other things you are doing. However, you might have a genetic dispostition towards hair loss and I don't think those things will stop that type of hair loss.

Will using natural Aloe Vera gel on my hair make it thick and healthy and not fall out?

aloe is to help the hair with the dryness and the brittleness of the hair it is good if you dye or have split ends, it is also good for the scalp. I don't know about the hair falling out but to be honest with you it can't hurt. Hope this helped a little.

Will using natural Aloe Vera gel on my hair make it thick and healthy and not fall out?

no. you can't make your hair grow faster or thicker. the b vitamins help with strength, but you can't have think hair if you're not predisposed.

however, embrace product and technique!

try paul mitchell extra body products or rusk thickr - great value for suck awesome products!

please remember - salon products are 100% guaranteed only when sold br a professional. so go to your local salon, NOT meijers or target or walmart!

you could also learn how to round brush your hair when you blowdry, and focus on lifting your hair up at the top and crown.

you shed tons of hair every day. you have to. some of us notice it in our brushses, some in the shower, and some on the back of our shirts. don't freak out!

hope this helps.

Will using natural Aloe Vera gel on my hair make it thick and healthy and not fall out?

No wonder your hair is falling out. Why don't you try leaving it alone for awhile and think of something else. Remeber the old adage "a watched pot never boils". Forget about your hair and it will grow on its own.

Put a hat on and go back to your salon and have it either re-dyed or color stripped. If that is not an option, head over to a Rite-Aid or CVS pharmacy or Walgreens and pick up Color Oops! It's about 16$ for extra strength treatment. If your hair was recently dyed then it will come out easily.

PLEASE HELP ITS A HAIR EMERGENCY HOW DO YOU GET YOUR NATURAL COL OR BACK AFTER DYEING hair???

the only thing to do right now... is to wait for your natural hair color to grow back out... in the mean time you could get another hair dye that you think most resembles your natural color and dye your hair that color... that way you won't have to go around with the blonde hair you hate... and when your roots do grow out there won't be such a noticable difference between the dye and your natural color... good luck!

PLEASE HELP ITS A HAIR EMERGENCY HOW DO YOU GET YOUR NATURAL COL OR BACK AFTER DYEING hair???

Im afraid you will just have to wait till it grows out.In the mean time you can try dyeing it more your natural colour,I advise getting a professional to do it to avoid causing more damage to your hair.

I've done exactly the same..

you have three choices:

1) There's this stuff called 'magi-mix' but it's only available from wholesalers, so you're going to have to look in the phone book.

2) Colour over it (if your going to get a brown be careful it doen't turn out orange!).

or

3) Go back to the hairdressers and they can take teh colour out for you.

PLEASE HELP ITS A HAIR EMERGENCY HOW DO YOU GET YOUR NATURAL COL OR BACK AFTER DYEING hair???

it is impossible for you to get your natural hair back but it is not impossible fr you to have it colored again close to your natural color. do not use an over the counter box hair color. call you stylist tell them the problem and most likely he/she wll redo it for a smaller cost. the idea of our profession is for the customer to be happy, if you think about it you a walking billbord for their business. so they dont want you telling everyne that you hate what they did.

Don't go back to that hairdressers again!!! Go to another one and ask for their advice. or try putting on a colour in a dark blonde colour. I use Garniers Nutrisse as its gentle on hair.

Good luck

I like the blond, a good look for you. I would do something else with the style. Growing it out would be more in today.

When will the natural texture of my child's hair come in?

She is 10 months old now and has beautiful curly hair. It was straight when she was a baby but curled up over time. I'm wondering if this will be her hair type or will it go coarse. My hair is very coarse, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed for her...

When will the natural texture of my child's hair come in?

I think each child is different. I had blonde curly hair up until the age of 3 then it slowly started to turn brown. I still have curls but my hair is a very dark brown. My brother had blonde hair when he was a baby and it's still blonde.

How can i get my black hair color out (its not natural)?

could i bleach it and then tone it my hair doesnt get damaged easily and i am getting it cut shorter right after

How can i get my black hair color out (its not natural)?

Please go to a professional.. I stripped my hair so bad I had to cut it down real short not the style i wanted.

How can i get my black hair color out (its not natural)?

call a hair stylist

How can i get my black hair color out (its not natural)?

Do NOT do it yourself, you'll pay MORE in the long run!! See a professional. And yes, the only way to remove black hair color is to bleach it, color will NOT lift color. Getting your hair cut after is a good idea!

How can i get my black hair color out (its not natural)?

Go to a professional hairstylist and ask if they can lighten it. I wouldn't suggest bleaching it (especially by yourself), because it's really not good for your hair... it strips the hair of its naturals oils.

Another suggestion is letting it grow out, but again, you might want it lightened so that it's not such a big contrast between the black and your natural hair color.

hope that helps, goodluck*~

How can i get my black hair color out (its not natural)?

the safest way is to let it wash away because if bleach is the chemical you use in bleaching your clothes. that's a very strong chemical and it could destroy your hair a lot!

How can i get my black hair color out (its not natural)?

i would go to hair stylist to get this done...you could bleach it and then color it whatever you want it to be but thats alot of processing...you could also strip it and then color it again but again thats alot of processing. Another option...which is the route i am currently taking with my extremly dark dyed hair is well the other day i went and the stylist used something on my hair to lighten the dye i have in my hair (it was amazing my ends went from being black to being dirty blonde) she was then able to take some of the auburn tint that was at my routes out with some semi-permanent hair color....both of these things she put in my hair had either no or very little ammonia which means they didn't damage my hair, yay! I am going back in a week or two and she is going to put a full head of blonde foils through my hair, and then my blonde hair color i am used to will be restored! I no it sounds a little time consuming but in the end i think it will be worth it when there is no damage and i will have the hair color that i really want!

**Goodluck!!

How can i get my black hair color out (its not natural)?

I did this, so trust me--I'm speaking from experience. Go to a professional. Even if your hair doesn't damage easily, there are few products on the market that will lighten black dye, and you'll just be wasting your money and torturing your hair.

First make sure you go and have this done professsionally. In order for you to get weave that look natural is by buying the hair that look natural. sewing in the hair make it look more natural than gluing it in. The more natural your beautician make your hair look, the more expensive it is.

i did the natural thing for a while.

Take a supplement called "Biotin", it is for hair and nails. It makes hair very healthy and shiny.

okay.when you get a perm, always keep it up and get a perm like every month.if you get a perm, and you dont keep it up,then your hair will go bad,and your edges will knot up.trust me,i've seen people like that who went 6months or more w/o perm.this is what i do,i always get a perm every month.i always wrap my hair up at night.you should always do those things if you want healthier hair.my hair was kind of short, but now that i always keep my hair up by getting a perm, and wrapping it up at night,it is really growing fast.i use DOO GRO hair grease.its for strong, healthier hair, and it makes it grow thicker and longer.hope you find something for your hair
